Grape Variety: 100% Limnio 

Vinification: Short pre-fermentation extraction (24 hours), aged for 8 months in oak barrels.

Alcohol level: 14% vol

A family business in the true sense of the word. Laskaris Aslanis, the father, works in the vineyard. Syrmo, his wife, is the mistress of the numbers, their daughters, Vicky in sales/marketing and Lena, who studied enology works mainly in the cellar. The privately-owned vineyards of the estate are spread on a beautiful piece of land in Nea Michaniona, Thessaloniki, and are organically cultivated. Laskaris’s passion is hidden in every wine of the estate and Limnio is one of his strong assets as it was included as one of Greece’s 50 Best wines in 2021!
