CHF 19.00
Bright yellow with green highlights in the glass. On the nose, an explosion of white-fleshed stone fruit, especially peach, lemon, grapefruit, and orange peel framed by light notes of jasmine. In the mouth, it’s crisp yet full with a nice medium-long mineral finish. This is an exciting, aromatic Malagousia that it’s defined by its terroir. Goes great with salads, fish, and seafood.

Kavala – Eastern Macedonia – 13 hectares – organic & biodynamic viticulture and wines
Domaine Apostolidis history began in 1958 when Efthimios Apostolidis planted the first vines at Dialekto. Today, the 3rd generation, Efthymis and his sister Vasiliki are the heart and soul of their ultra modern winery and 13 hectares of vines that lie on the western bank of the river Nestos and are organically and biodynamically farmed. For them wine is a sum of different components that need to be researched, discovered and linked together. They are connected to nature and have set themselves the goal of preserving and expanding the complex ecosystems of their different vineyards by harnessing the power of nature while innovating at the same time.
