Description
Grape Variety: 100% Assyrtiko
Vinification: The grapes come from the biodynamically cultivated Agia Triada vineyard, which is extremely calcareous and thus gives the wine an extra dose of minerality. Vinification and maturation in inox tanks with 4 months lees contact.
Alcohol Level: 13%
Tasting Notes: In the glass, a bright pale yellow colour with slight greenish reflections. On the nose, aromas of bergamot, lemon and daisy with some notes of honey and honeysuckle. Crisp with savoury minerality and a herbal finish. A wine that can be stored for at least 5 years!
