Defective bottles

We work very hard to ensure that our bottles are stored in the best conditions for the wine (temperature, humidity and light control). This means that all the conditions necessary for the proper storage of the wine are maintained at a steady rate. However, we cannot be held responsible for the condition or state of the wine or its description.

According to the conditions in place by the Swiss Wine Trade Association, no wine bottled outside Switzerland will be replaced or refunded.
